What is your favorite camera lens?
I often use the Sony A9 35mm lens to photograph weddings.
The Sony A9 allows you to capture those fast and unpredictable moments at weddings.
This lens produces crisp images even in low-light conditions.
This combination of camera and lens allows me to capture candid wedding moments with excellent results.
What is your rating of the quality of your photography?
As a journalist for a local newspaper, since 2007, I learned how important it is to use pictures in order to convey stories. I also gained a greater understanding of photography.
After several years in photojournalism, I started wedding photography part-time as an additional job. It became my primary profession in 2014.
My passion for the arts and my desire to serve others allows me to create beautiful memories.
Which is the most rewarding part of being a photographer?
I freeze moments of time by photographing them and freezing the memories.
My photos help me express myself and I’ve learned a great deal from them.
The images that I create for my clients are treasured by them.
Which part of photography do you find most challenging?
This includes managing contracts and finances, as well as booking clients.
What is your inspiration for photography?
As a photographer, my sources of inspiration are diverse. Nature, the people I have worked with or their stories can inspire me.
I’m more open to other cultures when I travel.
I am inspired by the process of creating itself to discover and explore new possibilities.
How do you define success?
I am successful because of a blend of my technical knowledge, excellent customer service, and business savvy.
The best marketing strategy for photographers is word-of-mouth.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to learn photography?
Before you can move onto advanced techniques, it is important to understand the basics. It is important to experiment.
By simply watching others, you can learn from their mistakes.
If you are afraid to make mistakes, your photography will not improve.
What kind of photography is your favorite?
News agency pictures and documentaries are my favorite. I love documentaries because they tell a real and honest story. They capture moments and emotions.
I find images from news agencies appealing because they inform, educate and bring people up to date on important events around the world.
